Return & Exchange Guidelines:

✔ Satisfaction Guaranteed – If you're not pleased with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

✔ Product Condition – Exchanges are only accepted for products that are mostly unused (at least 90% of the content must remain).

✔ Processing Time – All return and exchange requests are handled within 3 to 5 working days.

✔ Delivery Charges – The original delivery fee is non-refundable, and customers must cover any additional delivery charges for exchanges.

✔ Damaged or Leaked Items – If your product arrives damaged or leaked, we will cover all return and exchange delivery charges.

✔ Sales Items – No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted or sale items.
